We refer to the article entitled “IRIS ON DIVESTMENT TRAIL" appearing in The Edge Financial Daily dated today, 21 March 2017, in particular, the following statements:
1. "The company has also proposed share placement to raise fresh capital." and 2. "Iris will be on a divestment trail to sell its property development and education businesses as well as its waste-to-energy plant,..."
The Company is contemplating to embark on the proposals as mentioned therein, however, the parties are still in early talks and no finalised scheme has been agreed upon.
