The Company had on 22 February 2017 received a Subscription Notice and the Subscription Payment Amount for 15,000,000 Subscription Shares from Macquarie Bank.
Accordingly, the Company had on 23 February 2017 issued and allotted 15,000,000 Subscription Shares at an issue price of RM0.093 to Macquarie Bank.
Such 15,000,000 Subscription Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 27 February 2017.
