THEY ARE CHEATING AND ILLEGAL.

POLICE SHOULD ARREST THOSE USE FACEBOOK AND SOCIAL MEDIA TO ASKING PEOPLE TO DONATE, ALL MUST BE ARRESTED AND PUT IN JAIL,  SINFUL  AND CHEATING PEOPLE

please don't simply ask people to donate money ..............it is illegal and should be arrested.
