We refer to the announcements made on 14 November 2017 and 12 December 2017.
Reference is drawn to the abovementioned matter, The Court has dismissed the Plaintiffs' claims in the above suit against Masranti in view of the Court’s finding that the Plaintiffs have failed to prove by evidence their NCR claims and also in view that, Masranti was deprived of the right to be heard due to the late joinder as the 4th Defendant. The Plaintiffs have one month from today to lodge their appeal. Further development of the above matter will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities in due course. This announcement is dated 12 January 2018. |
