PETALING JAYA: PKR today questioned the Election Commission’s decision to disqualify a PPBM candidate on grounds that he was a bankrupt although a letter by the Insolvency Department had shown otherwise. An image of the letter, dated April 27, 2018, was posted on the Facebook page of PKR de-facto leader Anwar Ibrahim. It states that Yaakob Osman, who is head of Nibong Tebal PPBM, is not an undischarged bankrupt.
